Mechanical Pipework

We install complete mechanical pipework systems using copper, carbon steel, stainless steel and specialist materials. Whether for commercial plant rooms, risers, distribution systems or refurbishment works, our installations are delivered to exacting industry standards.

Heating Systems (LTHW / HTHW)

Prime Square Services delivers high‑performance heating installations for commercial and industrial environments. Our teams install boiler systems, heat‑pump pipework, risers and distribution networks with full testing and commissioning support.

Chilled Water Systems (CHW)

We install chilled‑water pipework for cooling systems, including insulated plant‑room installations, riser distribution, valve arrangements and equipment connections — supporting mission‑critical and commercial environments.

Gas Services

Certified and compliant commercial gas pipework installations including testing, purging and sign‑off. Installed by trained engineers to meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

Domestic Water Services (HWS / CWS)

We install hot and cold domestic systems using copper and approved materials. Our service includes flushing, chlorination, testing and full compliance documentation at handover.​

Drainage & Sanitation

Above‑ground drainage installations using cast iron, HDPE, PVC and ABS systems. We deliver internal stacks, risers, waste systems and plant‑room drainage solutions for new builds and refurbishments.

Fit‑Out, Refurbishment & Maintenance
