Prime Square Services specialises in the installation of commercial mechanical pipework systems across London and the UK.
Our experience covers plantrooms, risers, distribution pipework, equipment connections and alterations to existing systems across both new-build and refurbishment projects.
We install a range of pipework systems including carbon steel, stainless steel and copper, using welded, press-fit and grooved jointing methods to suit the project specification and application.

We deliver commercial heating pipework installations including LTHW, plantroom pipework, heating distribution, risers, equipment connections and system modifications.

Prime Square Services undertakes commercial gas pipework installations including distribution pipework, plantroom services, equipment connections and modifications to existing systems.
Installations are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and project requirements, with testing and purging undertaken where included within our scope.

Above-Ground Drainage Systems
We deliver above-ground drainage and public health installations across commercial and residential projects.
Our experience includes soil and waste systems, internal stacks, rainwater services, plantroom drainage and sanitaryware connections using systems including cast iron, HDPE, PVC and ABS.

PREFABRICATION & OFF-SITE FABRICATION

Where appropriate, Prime Square Services utilises prefabrication and off-site fabrication to improve installation quality and reduce site installation time.
Pipework spools and assemblies can be prepared from coordinated drawings and site measurements before being delivered to site ready for installation.
This approach can reduce site labour, minimise hot works and support demanding construction programmes while maintaining consistent installation quality.
