Prime Square Services Ltd is a specialist mechanical pipework and public health contractor delivering high-quality installations across London and throughout the UK.
We work alongside main contractors, M&E contractors, developers and facilities teams across commercial, data centre, healthcare, education, hospitality, residential and industrial projects.
We undertake mechanical and public health packages ranging in value from £10,000 to £3.5 million, from smaller installation works through to major projects.
Our experience covers mechanical pipework installations, heating and chilled water systems, domestic water services, gas pipework, drainage, plantrooms, risers, commercial fit-outs, refurbishment works and prefabricated pipework systems.
From new installations to complex modifications of existing systems, our approach is simple: plan properly, communicate clearly and deliver quality workmanship.

From Pre-Construction to Completion
We believe successful mechanical installations start with good planning.
Early involvement allows our team to review drawings, specifications and service routes, identify potential coordination issues and plan procurement and installation before works commence.
Throughout delivery, we work closely with site management, M&E teams and other trades to maintain quality, safety and programme.
